From Heathrow Airport
There are several routes you can use to travel from Heathrow to London using Taxi, Bus, Train or Underground.
We have provided below only descriptions via train and underground (for more information on getting to 69TheGrove via other means of transport please visit the Heathrow Airport website.

Route 1: By train via Paddington
Two rail services connect Heathrow to Central London (Paddington). They are The Heathrow Express service and Heathrow Connect service. The first is a non-stop service while the second calls at several stations before arriving at Paddington.
Once at Paddington Rail Station make your way to Paddington Underground Station (situated in the same building).
In the Underground Station take a Southbound Bakerloo line train and alight at Oxford Circus.
At Oxford Circus change to a southbound Victoria line train to Brixton and alight at Vauxhall. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to the 69TheGrove.
The estimated journey times from the Airport Terminal Station are as follows:
- Heathrow Express to London Paddington and then Underground to 69TheGrove: 45 - 60 minutes.
- Heathrow Connect to London Paddington and then Underground to 69TheGrove: 60 - 75 minutes.
Route 2: By Underground
Make your way to the Heathrow Airport Underground station and get the first Piccadilly Line train to Central London. At Green Park Station change to the Victoria Line (southbound platform) and take any train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall. Our B&B is close to the station. The estimated journey time from the Heathrow Airport Underground Station to Vauxhall Station: 75-90 minutes.
From Gatwick Airport
At Gatwick railway station, take either the Gatwick Express (non stop service to Victoria) or any regular service to Victoria Station. Please check the links section at the end of this page to find out more about journey times and prices.
At Victoria station make your way to the underground station. Please go to the Southbound platform of the Victoria Line and take any train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to 69TheGrove.
From Stansted Airport
There are two possible routes to get to 69TheGrove from Stansted Airport.
Route 1: By train to Liverpool Street
At Stansted Airport, take the Stansted Express service to Liverpool Street.
At Liverpool Street Station, make your way to Liverpool Street Underground Station.
Then go to the Westbound platform of the Central Line and take the first train (any train to Ealing Broadway, Northolt, West Ruislip or White City will do). Alight at Oxford Circus Station.
At Oxford Circus Station change to the Southbound Victoria Line to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to 69TheGrove.
Route 2: By Bus to Victoria Station
At Stansted Airport, take the Bus to Victoria Station (several companies offer services to Victoria, visit Stansted Airport website for more information).
At Victoria Station, please make your way to the Underground and go to the Southbound platform of the Victoria Line.
Take the first train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to 69TheGrove.
From City Airport
At City Airport, make your way to the DLR Station and take the next train towards Blackwall or Bank.
Alight at Canning Town Station and change to the Jubilee Line on the underground network. Take the Westbound Jubilee line train into Central London.
Alight at Green Park Station and change to a Southbound Victoria Line train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to the 69TheGrove.
Estimated journey time from City Airport DLR Station to Vauxhall Station: 45-60 minutes.
From Luton Airport
Three are three options available to travel from Luton Airport to London: Taxi, Bus and Train. The route described below is by train.
From Luton Airport, use the free Shuttle bus service that connects the Airport to Luton Airport Parkway Station (LAPS).
From LAPS take any train to London St Pancras International Station.
At London St Pancras make your way to the Underground Station and take a Southbound Victoria Line train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to the 69TheGrove.
Estimated journey time from LAPS is about 80-100 minutes.
From London St Pancras International Station
From London St Pancras make your way to the Underground Station and take a Southbound Victoria Line train to Brixton. Alight at Vauxhall Station. 69TheGrove is close to the station. Please click here for directions from Vauxhall Station to 69TheGrove.
Estimated journey time from St Pancras Station: 25-35 minutes.
Walk from Vauxhall Underground Station
Once at Vauxhall Underground Station, make your way to exit number 2. To the left hand side of the entrance to Vauxhall Rail Station there is a pedestrian underpass which you should follow.
The underpass will bring you to a traffic junction where three roads converge.
Make your way down the road in the middle - "Harleyford Road".
69TheGrove is situated in Vauxhall Grove which is the first turn on your right off Harleyford Road.
